20th Court Abandonment
NOTICE OF RESOLUTION TO CONSIDER DISCONTINUING ROADWAY
A resolution has been adopted by the Springwater Town Board of Supervisors, Waushara County, Wisconsin, to consider discontinuing “20th Court”, described as follows, with a scale map of the land that will be affected by the application being attached.
A PARCEL BEING A PART OF THE N.W. 1/4 IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST, IN THE TOWN OF SPRINWATER, WAUSHARA COUNTY, WISCONSIN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE WEST QUARTER CORNER (HARRISON MONUMENT) OF SAID
SECTION 17;
THENCE SOUTH 88°37’50 EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE N.W. 1/4, A DISTANCE OF
1,294.85 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 01°29’47” EAST ALONG A LINE THAT IS 33 FEET WEST OF AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF THE W. 1/2 OF THE N.W. 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 33.00 FEET TO THE POINT
OF BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL TO BE DESCRIBED
THENCE NORTH 01°29’47” EAST ALONG SAID LINE, A DISTANCE OF 1,947.43 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 89°56’11” EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF 20TH CT AS DEPICTED ON PLAT OF SURVEY BY RLS 2535 DATED MAY 05, 2004, A DISTANCE OF 66.00 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 01°29’47” WEST ALONG A LINE THAT IS 33 FEET EAST OF AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF THE W. 1/2 OF THE N.W. 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 1,947.78 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 88°37’50” WEST ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF ANIWA DR.,
A DISTANCE OF 66.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL DESCRIBED.
PARCEL DESCRIBED CONTAINS 2.95 ACRES MORE OR LESS OF LAND AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL EXISTING RIGHTS OF WAYS, EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
Discontinuance area contains 2.95 acres, more or less, and is subject to all easements and restrictions of record.
Notice is hereby given that the supervisors of the Town of Springwater will meet on September 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall, located at W7033 County Road GH, Wild Rose, WI 54984, to hold a public hearing and decide upon the resolution.
